Parents/Caregivers

Raising humans is hard and often confusing. Together, we can make sense of what your child is going through, work through big feelings and tough transitions, and co-create strategies for navigating schools and other systems. Whether you’re interested in a single consultation or ongoing support, you don't have to figure this out alone.

Teens

Let’s Connect

People might expect a lot from you, and it can sometimes feel like no one really understands. With me, you never have to answer a question you don't want to. "I don't know" and "I'm not ready yet" are both welcome answers. You don't even have to talk: we can make art, play music, or shoot baskets on the mini hoop in my office, and start wherever feels good to you.

Children

Play is how children naturally connect and express what they think and feel, so I almost always begin with a child-centered play therapy approach. Your child leads, and I follow, offering a safe, accepting space where they can be themselves without having to find the words.

Let's REconnect

Struggling to communicate in your household or across households? Let’s work together to find ways for your family to reset and connect.

I also offer Filial therapy for parents or caregivers who want to learn skills to hold therapeutic play space as a way to connect with their own children. I coach you in special play sessions at home, so the connection you build lasts well beyond the therapy room.
